My title is a throw back to when JAG was the Q. My backblast will be as well. I even waited over a week to type it to increase the authenticity of a JAG backblast.

 

The workout

Run around the circle

AMRAP for 20 minutes: 10x KB press, 10x KB squat, 25x flutter kicks, 30x jump rope (run 100 yards between each exercise)

7s on playground: pull ups/swirkins

Balls to the wall for the 6

Snake walk on the picnic tables

Circle up and do KB exercises for 20 minutes
