Surprise – it was hot and humid this morning. The grass was as moist as Betty Crocker before a cake walk at a county fair. Ahahahaha – even @FiASouthpaw laughed her ass off at that analogy. (@FiASouthpaw is this chick I’m courting that has already had two of my babies and apparently has plans to have a third. I’m interviewing potential fathers this week.)

But you get the picture; The grass was daggum wet, the weights were heavy and the PAX rolled in 17 deep for part 2 of the @F3ENC crossfit games. I gave my disclaimer as we had a FNG in our midst and then we were off to man our respective weight stations.

My only child syndrome is kicking in as we are having to share the park with both FiA and a high school cross country team. Gone are the serene mornings where Nice Body’s dry heaves and Wimpie’s rebel yells can be heard for miles. Today’s reality is that Boyd Lee Park is on and poppin’ on Saturday mornings and space is at a premium. I’m thinking that it might be time for a change of pace. Maybe a change in scenery. Maybe a guest Q. If we are to keep the excellent momentum generated, I challenge the PAX to contact me with ideas that you have to enhance the work we are putting in on Saturday mornings. While I have sequential workouts planned all the way through the end of 2017 (maybe a slight exaggeration), I need to hear from the PAX as it is the loyal participants that make this workout the ABSOLUTE BEST WORKOUT of the week. Just like a Lil’ Wayne groupie, slide into my Twitter DM’s and share your innermost thoughts and musings about what you would like to see me do to the PAX on Saturday mornings. LOL – you get my drift.
