Mosey to round 1 and partner up

Thang Round 1: Suicide Cones

1st partner runs suicide cones while 2nd partner holds plank. SWITCH & REPEAT for 10 minutes.

Mosey to rock pile. One rock per team.

Thang Round 2: Walk the plank cones

1st partner squats with the rock while 2nd partner did plank walks over 3 sets of cones.

SWITCH & REPEAT FOR 10 minutes.

Mosey to round 3

Thang Round 3: Cone lateral shuffles

1st partner does WWI with the rocks while partner 2 does 10 lateral shuffles in the cones. SWITCH & REPEAT FOR 10 minutes.

Mosey to picnic tables.

Thang Round 4: Step it up cones

1st partner does step ups on picnic table with rock while 2nd partner does walking lunges from with the cones. SWITCH & REPEAT 10 minutes.

Mosey back to the rock pile to return to. rock and back to the shovel flag
