The threat of rain must have scared some away, but luckily 13 men beat the rain and the deck of death! The PAX rolled in and we had an FNG Angel courtesy of Psycho, and some other old faces that it was great to see! Disclaimer was given and it went down something like this:

Plank-o-Rama(Chatter started early between Cousin IT and Charlie Brown. Them 2 are a trip to listen to, so that got the PAX started early.)
We did the deck of death with the following 4 exercises:
Burpees
Spider Merkins
Jump Squats
WW1’s
The plan was borrowed from Tonka after a workout I endured with him, all of the low numbers were taken out and 2 decks were put together. The only numbers in the deck were 8 and up. We would do an exercise at the flag then run a quarter of a mile and do the other at the big umbrella. Good effort put in by all and it was good being partnered with Tater.

Great work by all this morning and beating the deck of death and the rain. Glad to see some old faces with us and having a new guy post this morning. Don’t forget to always be head locking and share this brotherhood with the next man!
