Warm Up:  10 SSH; 10 MC; 10 High Knees; 10 Butt Kickers; 1 Burpee for Fun

The Thang:

Split in to two groups and go in opposite directions on an Indian Run until the two groups meet on the track.  Once the two groups met we stopped and did the following exercises in cadence:  5 burpees, 10 WWI, 15 merkins, 20 LBC.  After the exercises, get back in your group for another Indian Run in opposite directions and rinse and repeat exercises when the two groups met up again. Do this a total of 3x

Next we did a short mosey to the softball fence between two fields for some BTW (each PAX called a 10 count), followed by a bear crawl to the sidewalk and then all 16 PAX did alternating 5 count of merkins and WWII.  Rinse and repeat 2x

Next we did another Indian Run (in the same groups) back to the flag for two rounds of suicides with the following exercises in between  5 burpees, 10 WWI, 15 merkins, 20 LBC (we did have one extra penalty burpee due to Charlie Brown’s false start on the second suicide run)

Finished with one burpee for fun at 615am
