Great group this morning, with 2 new FNG’s. We welcomed Negative Ghost Rider and Backhoe! Thanks to Patch for asking me to Q.
Warm up:
- 21 SSH IC
- 21 Good Mornings IC

The Thing:
- 21’s – I called the first 5 SSH’s IC and the PAX called the remaining 16. Good thing they did, or there would have been a penalty lap, a rinse, and repeat if we did not finish together.
- Black Jack – this is the older brother to 7’s and 11’s. Started with 1 merkin by the parking lot, ran to the light pole for 20 LBC’s. Thanks to excel I did the quick math and this all adds up to 210 merkins and LBC’s.
- 1 lap
- Teamed up for DORA starting in reverse order 300 squats, 200 LBC’s, and 100 Merkins. Time ran out and do not think any team was able to complete the first 300 squats.
Prayers:
- Patch – safe travels, leaving tomorrow to take their 2.0 to college at Alabama, then headed to Arkansas for the 2.0 World Series.
- Dr Randy Parker – continuous prayers for him and his family as he battles cancer.
