After coming to the workouts for a while, YHC finally decided it was time to take the plunge and Q my first workout. YHC was a little hesitant at first when Tonka asked, but took the challenge to Q the workout.

Warm-Up

The Thang

Run one lap stopping at each side walk for 10 merkins OYO and finishing at the flag making a total of 50 merkins.

3 cones were placed between 2 light poles. Pax lined up at one light pole and duck walk to the next light pole, 5 burpees, bear crawl to the first light pole, 5 WWII situps, duck walk to farthest cone in between poles, 5 burpees, bear crawl to first light pole, 5 WWII situps, duck walk to middle cone, 5 burpees, bear crawl to first light pole, 5 WWII situps, duck walk to closest cone, 5 burpees, bear crawl to first light pole, 5 WWII situps. Al Gore for the six.

Mosey to picnic shelter

20 bench jumps/step ups
20 dips
20 irkins

Repeat exercises doing 15, 10 and 5 reps

Mosey around softball fields back to the flag
