Mosed around the Gym to the Boyd Lee Circle where we did three Rounds of Butkis (Not Dick).

Lunged to the bottom where the Parking Lot Begins. Now, the Fun. At each parking space we were spread out appropriately 15 Jump Squats was at every other space. In between were her V-Ups , 20 count, WWI’s, WWII’s all the way to the next intersection where some wanted the softer area vs. the hard, (she is famous in the Nation). Each PAX led a few times. YHC ended parking lot 1 with 41 flutter kicks, 2 as 1. Frank the Tank wanted his booby area worked as he claims his bottom was now sore.

Crossed the intersection. Each Man grabbed two bricks from YHC Truck and circled up for 20’s: lat raises pec raises, tricep xtension, bent over girls, Curls for the Girls, Hallelujah presses.

Walked around the circle while pressing with the ‘Weight of Bricks’. Padre was glad he came to the harder workout, as he needed his rest to thrive at BREAKDOWN.
