YHC was approached about making his VQ(Thanks Freebird).  YHC had been hesitate to commit to a Q due to work schedule but finally thought “why not, work can wait, they are already loved in prison, they aren’t going any where!(we hope)”. So YHC agreed.  Thoughts of a workout filled my head, not wanting to disappoint on my VQ.  Big Weinke, short Weinke or just go with it as it came!  After some thought YHC decided that we would go with what came!!  Off we go…….

As I reflect back on the last few months as a brother of the F3Nation accountability has been an “concept” that has been brought up on numerous occasions. As a former athlete all the way through college I have always had someone to hold me accountable for my actions, weather it be coach or teammate! As we grow to men the accountability moves to our family, and as we all know family isn’t always the best to hold you accountable for your actions. No one is perfect, nor does one always make the best decisions but it is always nice to have brother in arms to fall upon and have them hold you accountable for your actions, weather good or bad. I have learned a lot about myself being held accountable on many different levels of life. Some where an action I knew was wrong and some were actions that I didn’t want to realize was wrong!! Continue to hold each brother accountable for there action, no matter good or bad. Everyone needs redirection at one time or another!!
