Patch gave me the opportunity today to lead a great group of individuals that push each other past their mental breaking point. I enjoyed it.

Warm Ups:

  • Side Straddle Hops (15)
  • Jack Webb’s
  • Indian Run

The Thang:

  • Mosey over to the Rock Pile

Curls for the girls 20 count, bus drivers 20 count, triceps extensions 15 count, 5 Burpees with rock, and toe touch sit-ups with rock 10 count. 2 Rounds

  • Mosey over to center Circle to press box

there was an exercise at each endpoint, starting in the middle. 10 jump lounges, 10 jump squats, american hammers, and mule kicks. While doing 15 merkins every time you return to the middle.

  • Mosey over to wall to do wall sits (10 count) from everyone.
  • Mosey over to flag for abs series.

COT:

Prayer request: Doctor Randy Parker and 2 North Lenior Highschool students.

Prayers for seeking comfort for both families.  Also prayers for giving us the ability to get up  this morning and get to workout with each other.

Moleskin:

It feels like it goes by a lot faster when you Q, but we were able to get every workout in and everyone finished to the best of their ability. There were no excuses about the weather or the workout from anyone. Blessed and thankful for this great opportunity.
