YHC originally had the Q a few weeks ago, and then realized that today was the day it all started 4 years ago.  I reached out to switch Q’s and and the wheels started rolling.  I was searching through old backblasts from 4 years ago and found a memorable Q from none other then Hokie the original Site Q for Buildup.  It went something like this:

Mosey to picnic shelter.

40 GM’s

40 SSH

Lap around traffic circle

40 Burpees

40 Crunchy Frogs

Lap around circle

40 Merkins

40 Squats

Lap around circle

40 Irkins

40 Lunges (Each Leg)

Lap around circle

40 Derkins

40 WW1 Sit-ups

Lap around circle

40 Dips

40 Imperial Walkers

Back to the flag.

Had a few minutes left so paid tribute to our clipboard Q Charlie Brown and finished up with LT.Dan!  Much mumblechatter here about counting as throughout the entire workout!

Moleskin:

Today was a lot of fun with some really great guys.  Four years ago today I started this F3 journey and I could of never imagined the relationships I would build, let alone the fitness goals I would reach and accomplish.  When Coach K first mentioned F3, I wasn’t the most intrigued because I thought just going to the gym and running solo was fun, so I never thought much of it until I finally gave in and I came.  That day Charlie Brown and Shrimp Q’ed and I remember feeling really good for about 20 minutes, then trying to figure out how I was going to leave and throw up the other 25 minutes.  Then we make our way back to the circle and my first thought “Thank Goodness” we are done.  NOPE…freaking Roxanne was played and that song to this day lives in infamy for me.  I love what F3 has done for my life both physically, mentally, and spiritually.  I thank Coach K for the headlock, Papa Smurf for the name that is so fitting, Tonka for getting me more involved as a Site Q, Cousin It for the accountability and so many others that have helped me along the way.  This group of men is truly a gift, and I thank god everyday for being able to workout, lock shields with this group of men, and strive to be a better man.

I love you guys and thank you more then you can imagine.
