• I don’t necessarily have to like my teammates and associates but as their leader, I must love them. Love is loyalty, love is teamwork, love respects the dignity of the individual. • Mosey to the softball field. Burpee Ladder Apple Turnover around bases
  • 1 burpee/bear crawl to 1st,
  • 5 burpee/crab walk to 2nd,
  • 10 burpee/bear crawl to 3rd
  • 15 burpee/crab walk home,
  • 20 burpees to finish it off.

Headed back to the flag, lined up shoulder to shoulder facing the building…next exercise

• Lunge 11s (plank jacks and jump squat) — 10-15 yards lunge between each exercise (14-15 lunges one way for YHC). That’s a lot of lunges
