YHC took the idea from Mr. Belding to do the Burpee Running Fitness test. We went straight into it without a warm up.

The Thang

Mosey to sidewalk intersection closest to the entrance of the park. We started with 20 Burpees, then ran half a lap, did 19 burpees, ran half a lap, 18 burpees, half a lap and so on until we ran out of time. This is a good way to get a number for you to be able to shoot for next time.
