Round 1: Burpees (run)

Round 2: WWI (bear crawl)

Round 3: Jump Squats (run backward)

Round 4: Merkins (run)

Round 5: WWII (bear crawl)

Intermission:  Run a lap to the traffic circle and back

Round 6: Mule Kicks (run backward)

Round 7: Should taps (run)

Round 8: LBC (bear crawl)

Round 9: Mountain Climbers (sprint)

Round 10: Mike Tyson’s (bear crawl)

Mosey to the picnic tables for 3 rounds of Triple D’s (10 Durkins, 10 Dips & 10 Donkey Kicks).  Hold people chair for the six at the backstop.  Called for a 5 count around while holding the people’s chair until we got to Spinal Tap and call recover so we work in the Crazy Indian before it was 615.

Finished with Crazy Indian (everyone balls to the wall on the inside of the backstop and one by one ran to the outside of the backstop holding balls to the wall)

Mosey back to the flag and it was 615
