YHC arrived at BLP to find the temp a crisp 20 degrees.  All together there were 9 fine men that posted.  The plan for the day was to keep moving so we wouldn’t freeze.  A disclaimer was given and it went something like this.

Mosey to center of fields – half lap

  • People’s Chair – Count off until I couldn’t take it any longer

Mosey to Picnic Shelter – quarter lap

Round 3

  • Star Jacks IC
  • Irkins
  • Box Cutters
  • Step Ups IC
  • Box Jump Burpees

Mosey to Rock Pile

Round 4

  • Smurf Jacks IC
  • Dry Docks
  • Hallelujahs w/ Rock
  • American Hammer w/ Rock (get a smaller rock if needed – Lachey)
  • Goblet Squats w/ Rock

Mosey to Pull Up Bars

Round 5

  • IW IC
  • Diamond Merkins
  • WWI Sit Ups
  • Jump Squats
  • Bear Crawl from fence to fence

Mosey to Flag

Round 6

  • Good Mornings IC
  • Hand Release Merkins

  • Balls to the Wall – Hold it as long as you can – I called it after 3 minutes – Tonka and Cousin IT might still be there if I didn’t
