YHC loves Qing at Boyd Lee Park because there are so many options and different things to do to keep the workouts fun but challenging. Plans were changed a little due to the rain but was able to modify to keep the core elements of the workout.

The Thang:
Lap around the track the long way then to the picnic shelter.
When we got to the shelter each PAX would take turns picking a card from the workout deck. We would complete that exercise on one side of the shelter and then walk over all the picnic tables to get to the other side where we picked a new card, do that exercise and also go back over the tables and do the prior exercise. Then continue to do a new exercise along with the prior exercise. And so on.
