Khakis reached out to YHC to see if I would q the following Wednesday at BLP and I jumped at the opportunity.  8 PAX showed up on a mildly wet morning to grind out what I had in store.  The workout went a little something like this:

Warmup

  • Side Straddle Hops – 37 Reps
  • Good Mornings – 15 Reps
  • Merkins – 10 Reps
  • 1 Lap around the track

Workout (We all grabbed a rock at the rock pile and proceeded to the first light pole on field one)

  • Elevator Merkins – 2 sets of 20
  • 5 burpees between sets
  • Proceed to Pole #2
  • Curls for the Girls
  • 3 sets – 25, 20, 15
  • 5 burpees between each set
  • Proceed to pole #3
  • Tricep Extensions
  • 3 sets -25, 20, 15
  • 5 burpees between each set
  • Proceed to pole #4
  • American Hammers
  • -2 sets of 25
  • 5 burpees between sets
  • proceed to pole #5
  • Squats
  • -2 sets of 25
  • 5 burpees between each set

Back to the Rock pile to drop off the rocks and to the flag.  We finished up with 2 sets of sprints doing 10 merkins and each tree and 10 ww1’s at each tree. YHC prayed us out and we crushed the day!
