13 men braved the elements at Boyd Lee Park this morning.  It was cold, wet and windy so we wasted no time getting the blood flowing.

Warm Up:

SSH x 20, Don Quixotes x 20, Imperial Walkers x 20, Squats x 20

The Thang:

Burpee Mile – 2 laps around the track, stopping at each sidewalk intersection for 5 Burpees.  Fast guys circled back to pick up the six, and we all finished together at the Flags.

10 Merkins at the Flags then moseyed to the drive for some partner exercises.  Partner A Bear Crawled across and back while Partner B did Copper Head Squats; switched, then repeated x 3.  Next, Partner A ran to the top of Mount Boyd Lee and back while Partner B did Plank Jacks; switched, then repeated x 3.

Lunged to the Picnic Shelter and then 4 rounds of 15 Dips/15 Derkins.

Balls-to-the-Wall at the fence with a 10 count down the line.

Moseyed back to the flag to finish with 5 minutes of Mary.
