When word hit that there would be a FIA and F3 Convergence before the CoopStrong 4 miler, I immediately called Sugarbaker and asked her if she was game and of course she was! What a great way to start the morning leading an outstanding group of men and women with my future wife! F3 and FIA have had such an impact on our lives and is something we truly enjoy encouraging each other to do. As we thought about Papa Smurf last year and his birthday celebration across the street at The Branches, we remembered the Karaoke machine and how much true JOY Papa had watching Mary Ann, Bailey, and Jefferson all having fun singing and just enjoying life. We hope this workout honored that spirit and enjoyment of life, and that Papa was smiling down on us all.
