We warmed up in the customary way.  We paid our respects to flag, we loosened up the arms, we shook oput the legs then we started an epic beatdown.

We started with a merkin Indian run.  Before the sprint to the front the last person did five merkins then caught up.  after everybody going through we started the heavy lifting.

Pe paired up each with a concrete block.  We did a modified dora.

One person hauled two concrete blocks to the other side of the lot while  the other did the exercise.  on the second time through you could modify with just one block and do arm work while you walk.

after placing the blocks back we started the cool off.

Kool aide wanted to make his dad mad so we did a wall sit with a slow five count as a break!

Now the next part of the work out is where we will lose you.  After looking over other workouts online i picked out one dubbed ROSIE around the bay.  A combination of ring around the Rosie and Guantanamo bay.  The name was then Changed to Elmos world by Stabler. This ended the work out in our normal mublechatter of laughter.

We ended with a ball of man and the continued prayer for our pax.
