We shortened the Wienke for the 12 Days of Christmas so we can be done in under 2 hours.

Every 20 yards, we did 7 reps, so 42 reps of each exercise

Round 1 – Up Downs, then ran up and down the field (240 yards)

Round 2 – Merkins, run 240 yards

Round 3 – Squats

1 mile run

Round 4 – Rows with CMU, run 240 yards

Round 5 – Thrusters with CMU, run 240 yards

Round 6 – CMU swings

1 mile run

Round 7 – WW2s, run 240 yards

Round 8 – Freddie Mercuries, run 240 yards

Round 9 – Row the Boats

1 mile run

Round 10 – Derkins with CMU, run 240 yards

Round 11 – Flutter Kicks hold CMU over chest, run 240 yards

Round 12 – CMUs bench press

1 mile run

With all the running and doing the exercises up and down the field, we got 6 miles in.  Took right under 2 hours and most of us burned over 1600 calories.
