  1. Run to the Bus Stop Curb:  Get the M-I-L-K
    1. Merkins
    2. Imperial Walkers
    3. Lunges
    4. Kraken Burpees
  2. Run to School (Eppes): Mr. Plow (jingle from The Simpsons at the end)
    1. Plank Jacks
    2. LBC’s
    3. One Leg Skater Squats
    4. WMDs
    5. Repeat 1-4 because Mr. Plow says his name twice.
  3. Run to College Hill: Climb the Grizzcalator and Everest
    1. Partner up
    2. Partner 1- Bear crawl up the stairs and do a merkin on each step.
    3. Partner 2: Do lunges up the hill.  After every lunge, do a squat.  When you hit 20, come back for your partner and switch.
    4. Two times each exercise.
  4. Back to the Flag: Get the L-O-A-F of bread
    1. Hold Al Gore til 6 gets in.
