Spartan Sprint : pax lined up shoulder to shoulder on side of court 1, ready-set-go, we sprint to far side of court six (about 85-90 yards), drop and do 10 merkins, then plank for the 6. Once the six was in, we had partnered up, we all walked back to the starting line while sharing specific information about ourselves with said partner.
