The Thang:

As we started with some side straddle hops, Abu pulled a Strokes as he came screeching into the parking lot. I was going to give him burpees for being late, but I thought he might enjoy them to much. Instead, we mosied over to Minges meadow. Only thing is, we lost two men that decided to take a stroll of their own, and didn’t return until 6:15????

Here we met our merkin/plie squat requirements for the week. At the starting tree everyone was assigned 20 merkins, you bear crawl to the next tree and do 30 plie squats, and you continue to switch exercises while adding ten reps each time. The last two sets came out to 60 merkins at the last tree, and 70 squats once you reached the curb…. Yes this was a “couch Q”, and yes it was tough. But when the motto is “suns out guns out”, and “skies out thighs out” with it being two days away from the 4th of July we got those bods ready.

We then mosied over to the driveway near the farthest bus stop, that leads back up to Minges. Here we completed 11’s with Spider-man’s, 2:1, and Carolina dry docks. Afterwards we completed a nice lap around the facility to end everything back at the flag for two minutes of marry for those much need abs for the beach.
