The Thang

Started with a warm up of Pledge of Allegiance, Side Straddle Hops, Arm Circles, Cotton Pickers

Mosey over to the grassy area for a little 5, 10 ,15. Bear crawl across to merkins, frog hopped back to squat jumps. Reps were 5, 10, 15.

Headed down to the bottom lot to the hillside. Completed a DORA of 100 merkins, 150 squats, and 200 LBCs with partners.

Ran over to the corridor to learn more about each other. Did a People’s chair where we told what we were most thankful for and a 10 count B2W.

Moved to the statue where we did some Marys of various exercises.

Then back to the flag for reps of WWI, Freddy Mercury, Flutters, and even some stressing.
