next we mosie to the pirate,  in this modified 11 we squat instead of run.  So one one end we got step ups on the wall, then ten squats, then merkins then squats.

we then headed to the hall way for a walk sit while we wait for our pax, we then switch to balls to the wall while we wait for the pax to run.

We end with a merkin Mary!
