The Thang

After the POA and some warm-ups, we moseyed to the big Parking Lot beside Charles Blvd.  We did a large 4 corners at each corner of the parking lot with 3 exercises in each corner of 25 reps each:

  1. Mountain Climbers, Plant Jacks, & High Knees
  2. Herkins, Werkins, & Diamond Merkins
  3. Copperhead Squats, Jump Squats, & Monkey Humpers
  4. WW2, Flutter Kicks, & LBCs

We then moseyed back to the starting point and did another round with 5 Burpees in each corner.  We also ran backwards across the parking lot in the short direction.

After this was complete, we moseyed to the statue where we did an AMRAP Dips for 3 rounds and then AMRAP Carolina Dry Docks for 3 rounds.

We then moseyed back to the flag for some PAX-led Mary and then we were done!
