Indian run to a culdesac for some quiet American Hammers

Indian Run to 1808 Rondo Drive for a front yard bear crawl followed by some coupon fun

1 minute each: Murder Bunnies around an island, hoola burpies, inflatable kayak thrusters, and hallelujahs with your choice of bricks or Salt Licks heavy balls

Q tip: The last of our theme of resilient leadership: Resilient people know the activities that move them forward and focus on those. The PAX that showed up this morning know that intuitively, or they wouldn’t have been there. However, sometimes it can be tricky to know the right action or path at a given time. That is where a sense of purpose, preferably codified with a personal mission statement, can be helpful during tough times. The PAX was challenged to come up with one if they don’t already have it.

Mosey to a culdesac where our guest PAX from Wilmington, Steak Knives, led us in some flutter kicks with some extra fun at the end.

Indian run back to the school for some plank jacks and moutain climbers.

Wall: peoples chair and balls to the wall with chicken peckers

Round of Marys including heel toe shin, penguins, and a plank hold to get us to 6:15a
