YHC really liked Tonka’s idea last week. We took the run outside of the track and completed a 1 mile loop around the school for repeats. So, we did it again this week. The workout called for 4 reps but we were only able to complete 3 reps in the time provided. We all pushed on every rep and we all got better. Noideer captured a PR on the mile and really motivated YHC.
