9 PAX came out to run Ovals on this glorious morning.  The workout went a little something like this:

  • 2 Lap warmup
  • 400 – cool down lap
  • 800 – cool down lap
  • 1200 – cool down lap
  • 1600 – cool down lap
  • 1600 – 5k pace on each side and cool down on the curves.
