Warmup:

15 SSH, 15 High Knees, Arm Burners (10 from, back, seal clap, and Hallelujah)

Lap Around Softball field to the Left Field Line

 Pyramids: 1 Burpee at the foul pole, 2 Burpees at the first light pole, 3 Burpees at the next light pole. Return to foul pole and do 2 Burpees at the first light pole and 1 Burpee at the foul pole. 

10/20/30 Pyramid – 10 reps of each exercise at the foul pole, 20 reps at the first light pole, 30 reps at the next light pole. Return to foul line doing 20 at the first light pole and 10 at the foul pole. The following exercises:

LBC, Merkins, Squats, Flutter Kicks, Calf Raises with Hallelujahs, Imperial Walkers

 Mosey back to circle for cool down
