Failure is my best friend

So many areas of our lives can have us desiring better results. Work life, family life, and even f3 life. I fail everyday in some way within one of these areas….no one is perfect. Failure helps yeild greater future results…..as long as you fight back and refuse to give in to the things preventing you from being your most successful self. Since I began F3 last April ive gained 15 pounds and came up with excuse after excuse to avoid training hard for a goruck event.This Q was a turning point for me personally. No longer will I shy away from failure. Ill take it head on, improve, and be better prepared the next time i’m met with the challenge. Today, we all failed and are better for it.
