Work out was simple, Ruck about a 1/4-1/2 mile, each pax would grab 3 cards and they would lead those exercise doing 4-5 pax then rucking another 1/4-1/2 mile
Diamonds= Flutter Kicks
Clubs= Ruck Thrusters
Spades= Ruck Swings.
We got through the entire deck with the help of Bono grabbing the last 8-10 cards or so and finished off with 11 extra burpees thanks to Noonan.
Sold Work from the entire PAX with some good mumble chatter for an hour.
