Tha Thang

Instead of a warm-up we got right into the run.  We left Elm St park parking lot and headed over 10th St towads 5th St.  Up the hill and to the left on 5th, and headed back towards 10th St via Maple St.  We crossed 10th St and headed towards the base of college hill.  We found the dip and pull up bars at the base of the hill.  We did a OYO round of 10 pull ups, 20 dips, and 40 merkins.  We then ran up college hill to 14th St., back to Elm St. so we could meet back at the pull & dip bars.  Dayglo and Splinter doubled back behind the dorms and we ended up losing them and then found them back at Elm St park parking lot.  They stayed back while I met back up with the other 4 for OYO round of 5 pull ups, 15 dips, and 30 merkins.  We then left college hill to run over 10th St, up Maple, right on 5th, right on Elm and back to the parking lot.

Mellow Johnny’s newborn son is doing well and keeping him up at night.  It was great to see him out this morning. Nice work by all the Pax.  Largest turnout for the Run Strong workout.
