It has been a while since YHC has Q’d Runstrong, so when Tortoise asked me a few weeks ago I said yes on the spot. I knew I wanted to bring back one of my favorite routes, along with an Oval Office flare (since I am a big fan of that AO).
Here is what went down:
Right on Elm, Left on 5th, Left on Trustees Way. Follow Trustees way all the way back to the Wright Circle where the fountain is located. I instructed the PAX to run a loop ( down trustees way, left on Dowell, back down on Faculty Drive) as hard as they could. Finish the leg by running up and down the stairs to the entrance of Wright Auditorium. Rinse and Repeat with a cool down lap (same route). At this point the PAX took a nice mosey to the Tower of Terror (science building) to finish the campus tour. 1/2 the PAX went up Tower of Terror #1, while the other 1/2 went up Tower of Terror #2 hitting every step to the top. Once this was completed a run back to the flag was in store. We finished up right at 6:15am.

Many PAX are having babies soon (Tortoise, Punch Out, Showboat).
Punch Out has two very important presentations coming up at ECU.
Our country and troops deployed.
Underdog and Past Due have stepped up to be the new site Q’s of RunStrong. I know these two HIM’s are going to take this AO to even greater heights!
