For missing the last Run Strong post Cousin IT rewarded YHC with the Q this week. I assured the PAX that we wouldn’t be running too far. Shrimp put the comment in context by noting that YHC was sporting a marathon shirt. Once Aquaman joined the circle we got down to business.

Mosey to first picnic shelter. Notice that someone is fartsacking in said picnic shelter. Mosey to second picnic shelter.

20 dips OYO

20 Dry Docks OYO

Mosey through the deep, dark woods to bottom of College Hill.

10 plankjacks OYO then run up stairs touching every step (I’m looking at you Wimpie) and sprint to archway at top of hill. 10 jump squats and then run back down hill. Do toe touches on curb for the PAX.

Rinse and (sort of) repeat with 20 plank jacks and then running up grassy hill instead of stairs followed by 20 jump squats and then back down for toe touches.

Move to parking lot for suicides. Run forward to each line and backwards to curb. Hold plank for the six.

Mosey back to home base via Rock Springs. Assemble on tennis court.

We still had two minutes left in workout and no one gets up at 5am to quit early so we took four laps around the court.

Prayers for Aquaman’s niece and sister-in-law.

Praise and prayers for Shrimp’s family as his daughter begins driver’s ed. Prayers for any boys who try to date her. Shrimp is a big dude.

The Mellow Meter said we ran about 3.5 miles today. Not a marathon but not too shabby.
