On a nice warm muggy morning, the plan was simple run fast and as far as you could.  The route was:

Left on 10th as far as you could and turn around at Moye BLVD, or 22 minutes in.

The workout was a fartlek, so alternate every 1/2 mile with recovery and 5k pace.
