We are extremely blessed to be a part of a group of outstanding men in eastern NC, and one thing remains true no matter where you go. There is nothing wrong with breaking wind during strenuous exercise or in the circle of trust. For those of you that don’t know, it takes 36 degree weather for Waterboy to wear socks with his flops and apparently my words get all tangled up when speaking in below 40 degree temperatures.

It was a brisk 36 degrees this morning. Twenty-four HIMs made the decision to wake up and run or ruck approximately three miles. The runners did the back 9 of Kinston Country Club. Ruckers beat the streets of Kinston and we all met back at the COT at 6:15am.

Prayers: Election results and our country as a whole
Praises: Health reports of several F3 members, Watchdog is starting therapy
