YHC had decided days ago to make this workout a nice run with a few pain stations and some Mary mixed it. A strong pax of 4 gather at the Elmhurst Lot and when the clock struck 4:15 the fun run began.

The Thang:

Run from parking lot to top of college hill. Indian run to the pull-up bars. 25 Merkins OYO, resume indian run through the greenway to elm st park; stop at the picnic shelter for 25 WWI sit-ups OYO. Run as a group to 14th st. (Mellow took the porta-john detour). Indian run from 14th to greenway behind St. James. Stop for 15 crab cakes. Resume Indian run to Greensprings park. Gather at the shelter for a few rounds of Mary (flutter kicks, Rosalittas, Plank variations+side dips, merkins, bttw). Jog down the path and back to 5th st. Indian run resumed to Wilkersons where some pax took the scenic route and all gathered back at Oak St (I think it was Oak?); run to 10th as a group. Cross 10th and head to the little league bleachers for 25 calf raises each leg. Run at a 9:30 pace back to the Elmhurst lot for BOM.
