Six came back from a little EC where birthday boy Haavad said that his M demanded that we talk nice! Pax rolled in and a great number for the Clydesdales! Thanks Ratched for the opportunity! Started off with the Pledge of Allegiance, and off we went!
Warmup – SSH (20 IC) Copperhead Squats (15) Merkins (10 IC)… We added 10 burpees for some tardy pax. Mumblechatter was on point today!
Thang:
- Made our way over to the concrete benches where yhc let the pax know that this is Pirate Nation, and we’re going to be doing most exercises w/ one leg/arm. At the benches, Bulgerian split squats – 15 each side.
- Mosey to pirate statue…. One armed Irkins – 10/side. One legged Dirkins – 10/side.
- Mosey to the tunnel of love – One legged people’s chair – Each pax gave their one word/word of what F3 means to them (switched legs when we started with pax on opposite wall). BTTW – Each pax gave 3 count.
- Mosey to hill next to tennis courts – 7’s (One legged burpees, and Samoan Sandwiches (Never Cross Dolly)) run between. Yhc asked Snooki if he liked the Samoan sandwiches, would he put it on the menu?
- Mosey to next hill – One legged calf raises at the curb. (Pax were worried we were going to do something stupid at this hill)
- Mosey to the Meadows (pax lined up on long side of meadows):
- One legged Bear Crawls to the other side – pax led 10 reps of various exercises when we got to one side and back. – Diamond Merkins & Flutter kicks.
- One legged Crabwalk to other side and back – Squats & Werkins.
- One legged hop to other side and back – Chuck Norris Merkins & Men Makers.
- One legged hop to other side and back x 2.
- Back to flag for Mary: J-Lo’s, One Legged Hip thrusters, Box Cutters, and yhc finished off with a couple of Jane Fonda’s, why not?

- Candy Cane’s Granddad with health issues, pray for comfort and peace.
- Wheezer – Friend’s (Scott) M hurt back, going in for surgical consult.
