25 Squats, Lunge to the circle, 15 Step-ups, Lunge to the all, Wall Chair; 10 Jack Hammers, 15 merkins, 15 push ups, Partner run ayop, 10 burpes, Push-ups until you fail, Sit-ups until you fail, Plank until you fail.  We ended with back at the flag Long round mary training people to Q. We ended with 5 burpees .Count o Rama
