0530: 6 Gathered around the flag for the welcome and disclaimer & pledge

Warmup: SSH, Good Mornings, Squats, Collard Pickers, and a mosey around the parking lot.

The Thang: First stop was to the fabulous rock pile. Once we picked them up we were not allowed to put them down.
We slung our rocks to curls, tricep extensions, halos.
Then each PAX was asked to give a workout with the rocks.
Once finished we tossed them rocks back to their respected homes.

Second, made our way to the playground for softer terrain for what was about to happen next.
YHC gave the instructions to everyone’s favorite combat game of “Duck Jousting.”
We had two rounds and both times the winner was our new “Duck Jousting Champ” ~ Jackpot.

After making sure each PAX was not injured while walking towards the flag,
our third round of excitement was the “Random Workout Box” (I need help in coming up with cool names).
We went two rounds for each of the PAX to choose a slip of paper with a random exercise.
Some of them were: Al Gore, Imperial Walkers (while singing Vader’s Theme), Prisoner’s Squats, Donkey Kicks,
American Hammers, Zombie Crawl, a single Burpee, Australian Snow Angels.

Ended the workout with a couple of minutes of corpse to handle our breathing.

Thankful for PAX who go with the flow even when this QIC is sometimes a tad different in the workout routines.
