The Farmville clown car arrived at 0520 and saw one car in the parking lot. A couple minutes later the Ayden Police came in and wanted to know what we were doing. YHC told them we were going to be working out at 0530, they then asked was the guy walking around with the book bag with us. YHC didn’t even notice that Short Sale was rucking around the track. No felonies were committed and the workout would go on.

The Thang
We started out with a nice stroll around the track and then to the football field. Performed Black Jack there with merkins and WW1’s with running the width of the field between. Switched over to LBC’s when we got to 11/10 for purpose of time. After this we moseyed to the rock’s for different movements with them. Took another lap around the track and ended up at the shelter. Performed 7’s with dips and picnic sit ups. We had no time for Mary so Short Sale went down the slide and didn’t get hurt!
