We wanted a good beatdown focusing on the core without doing any WWI’s or WWII’s.

Warm up was SSHops 3×25, GM’s 3×15, Squats 3×10, Shoulder Rolls 3×10, and Merkins 3×10

Build up was at the Rock Pile: Curls for Girls 10/12/15, Tricep Extensions 10/12/15, Ten Commandments (squat jump with a hallelujah) 5/7/9, and Rows 10/12/15

Mosey to the front, sectioned parking lot for strengthening: 2 sets of Double-7’s with side shuffle to travel from each side of lot to the other. 1st set was Double-7’s of Oblique Crunches and Plankjacks on each side. 2nd set was Mule Kicks (modified plank position, bring each knee to shoulder horizontally, then kick back to the start position: one for each side = 1count) and Imperial Walkers (1 for each side=1)

Final set of 7’s was a single 7 with Gut Wrenchers (full plank position with feet at shoulder width, rotate hips to bring each knee beyond opposite elbow: 1 on each side = 1count) on one side of the parking lot and Leg lifts on the other.

Moseyed back to the flag for a cool down including 12 each of SSHops, GM’s, Squats, Shoulder Rolls, Merkins. Then we added 1 Burpee so we could say we did it!

Announced the #Kinston starts Tuesday & Thursday workout beginning tomorrow, and we’re looking forward to our remaining launch sequence on Saturday mornings.

We made it! These HIM’s hit it hard and leaked a lot this morning!
