YHC had the pleasure of leading 6 PAX at the Collard Patch, thanks for the invitation to lead SoundBite!

1st exercise of Pledge of Allegiance then warmed up with SSH, Michael Phelps, Collard Pickers and stretch of the legs.

The Thang!

Mosey to rock pile for some merry of Curls and other various arm exercises.

Mosey to bleachers for step ups all the way up and back down, count as one when at bottom, 10x

Mosey to Shelter and WW2’s, American Hammers, Plank and 2 other ab exercises.

Mosey around track to the outhouse for People’s Chair with a merry down the line of various arm workouts while holding People’s Chair.

Rinse and repeat the full cycle.

Finished with 4 minutes of merry.
