Yesterday, Grammar reached out and asked YHC to switch Q dates.  YHC quickly agreed and started thinking about what type of workout to lead.  YHC quickly settled on The Nordic Challenge because a few of the newest Collard Patch PAX haven’t had a taste yet.

PAX were instructed to take a lap around the parking lot after each round.

They finished in record time.  We moved to the park’s driveway and proceeded to complete DORA123 because Cousin It wasn’t there.
