A lap around the playground with Grammar and we agreed that a Mall Walker post would suit each of us just fine. Cousin It followed one of the worst drivers in Ayden into the AO and Rafiki was doing the String Bean 70 miles an hour. We circled up at 5:30 and were off like a dirty shirt.

YHC is approaching the 3 year anniversary of the incident which has initiated much positive movement to advantage in his life. YHC’s first post was The Commons. It was an hour long torture fest before it was an hour long of lung searing torture. The word YHC has in mind is “Reflection”. Not just the looking back on what’s happened which needs to happen. YHC has learned to take the time to Reflect on the actions taken and items left on the table. Reflect on the time spent with Pax, family and in communication with the Sky Q. Reflect and learn by making the Commitment to actively Engage in Movement to Advantage. Who did I Influence and what Influence did I seek out? Reflect also means looking in the mirror. Seeing what’s there is a lot easier than when that Sad Clown stared back at me. The Reflection YHC stares at today is not where he wants it to be and it ain’t where it was. The HIM that stares back is determined to get up each day and dedicate it to the Sky Q as a man of humble Influence. The race is not over…it’s just begun! AYE! OOrah!
