Die Hard asked me to Q MLK day, but being out of town I was unable. I switched with Hot Pursuit, even though I was Qing the convergence on Saturday. I was still a little sore from that, and would of loved to fartsack, but overall I am glad I didn’t. I messaged some OG’s to get them and got 2/3, and as always its good to see some old faces.

2 laps around the track in a two by two line. First lap was a warm-up pace, second was a Indian Run around.

Six Inch Planks (One person runs to the end and back while PAX does 6 inches or planks. A little different end to our Tyson workout, but wanted to switch it up.)
Mosey to playground:

Climb the ladder and slide down big slide. This slide is fast and a little scary, but each PAX went down. Most fell as they realized how fast it was near the end. I had wanted to incorporate the slide and with the crew we had this morning, I figured what better time than today. They were all good sports about it and genuinely seemed to have fun with it. There were no face-face pull-ups they learned their lesson last time on why that is a bad idea.

This workout was fun, I thoroughly enjoyed Saturday, but the small groups really offer good fellowship. I was glad to message Tater and Mellow and get them to post, I told each of them the other would be there, and it worked! We found out in COT that Tater will officially start school for GPD for the next few months. Tater we wish you the best of luck, and as soon as he gets his car it will be named car RAM-ROD. Hope everyone has a blessed day!
