Grammar asked me to Q one of the newer AO sites, The Collard Patch, so I obliged. I took a ride out there on Sunday to see what might be useful as far as equipment in forming a workout. There is nothing! At least my mind wasn’t creative enough to see it that day. After standing around in the park for a while it started to get weird since I was the random dude in his forties with no kids wandering around the play equipment, so I had to make so decisions before Ayden’s finest showed up. I decided to use the light poles around the track. Feeling confident that Tonka would be showing up I decided to not actually “use” the poles since the thought of him putting in work on a pole was unnerving. We simply used them as exercise markers.

Lunge to next pole
Do this rotation all the way around the track (14 light poles)
Back at the start
Run 1 lap around the track
20WWII sit-ups at first light pole
Run backwards to the next light pole
Do 15 squats
Run forward to the next light pole
Do this rotation all the way around the track
Back to start
Run 1 lap around the track
Mosey over to the football field
Each PAX threw the football down the field. The PAX sprinted to the football where the thrower gave an exercise of choice for the PAX to perform. Rinse and repeat. Almost everyone got a throw before time was up.
