The Runners were dominated from a numbers standpoint this morning but the 4 of us who did opt for the run did a simple out and back. We Went as far as we could go on Charles Blvd. and turned around and came back to the Flag for COT. It was freaking Epic!
Man Can led the Ruckers on a journey that went a little something like this:
- Right on Jarvis
- Left on 4th
- Left on Brownlea
- Left on Jarvis
- Right on 5th
- Right on Cotanche and back to the Flag
We all circled up and Man Can prayed us out.
